The Nurse Manager of Recovery PACU will step into an exciting leadership role at a nationally recognized medical center known for innovation patient-centered care and clinical excellence. The Nurse Manager of Post Acute Care Unit PACU will oversee the Perioperative Post Anesthesia Care Unit a modern and dynamic department that provides specialized recovery for surgical patients. Supported by advanced technology and a dedicated staff of full-time clinical professionals the unit ensures safe and seamless transitions of care for a diverse patient population.
Reporting to senior leadership the Nurse Manager of Recovery PACU will collaborate with anesthesiologists surgeons and a diverse nursing team while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets optimizing workflows mentoring staff and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that prioritizes both patient outcomes and employee engagement.
