Position Highlights:

• Full-time position: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• 95% remote work after initial onsite training (3-6 months)
• All necessary equipment will be provided
• 75% inbox management and 25% telemedicine patient care
• Must live within commuting distance to Corvallis or Albany
• Assess escalated calls from nurse triage to determine appropriate care
• Possess tech-savviness, particularly with Athena EMR
• Conduct telemedicine acute care via phone and video visits

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• AANC or AANP certification as a family nurse practitioner or NCCPA certification as a physician associate
• Active and unrestricted Oregon State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License or the ability to obtain before employment
• Current Oregon DEA certificate or ability to acquire before employment
• Access to reliable high-speed Internet
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Reside within commuting distance to Corvallis or Albany, OR

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of clinical practice experience
• Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Room settings
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Proficient knowledge of medication indications, side effects, and contraindications
• Confidence in clinical decision-making during telephone consultations

Compensation for this role typically ranges from $104,500 to $156,000, including base pay and potential bonuses, reflecting various factors such as location, education, and experience, with future increases possible based on productivity and performance.
