WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Caregiver Grove is looking for passionate professionals who want to grow within our organization. We are a small behavioral health agency headquartered in downtown Toledo. We serve a diverse population of individuals with the basic philosophy that each client is a person, a family member and a member of a larger community; and that each client requires a different amount of emotional, physical, psychological, social, and spiritual support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate staff.
  • Works closely under the supervision and guidance of on-sight supervisor or his/her designee.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Actively participates in regular individual/group supervision.
  • Completes all paperwork required.
  • Provides case management functions as needed and directed.
  • Observes and participates Diagnostic Evaluations, psychotherapy groups and/or individual sessions with client consent.
  • Complete tasks and trainings accurately and within required time frames.
    Perform all job duties in a manner that is friendly, considerate, and aligned with the organization's Mission, Values, Patient Care Philosophy and Standards of Ethical Conduct.
    All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Masters' students in an approved university internship program required.
  • Good driving record and valid car insurance required.
  • Advanced Computer skills including Excel capabilities with the ability to create reports.
  • Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Must be analytical and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Standing: Maintaining an upright position on the feet, especially for prolonged periods of time
2. Pushing: Applying pressure and exerting force against an object for the purpose of moving it forward or away from the source of the force - push or pull force up to 35 lbs.
3. Lifting: Raising an object from a lower to a higher position, or moving an object laterally, from position to position-Required to lift up to 50 lbs of force independently. May be required to lift over 50 lbs with assistance of another person or a mechanical lift.
4. Stooping: Bending the body forward and down from the waist, hips and knees, sometimes for a prolonged length of time.
5. Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction away from the body
6. Balancing: Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or moving surfaces
7. Ability to safely operate a personal motor vehicle on a weekly basis and comply with the Company's Vehicle Safety Program.
