Your Mission: In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
  • Identify issues and make necessary adjustments to speech therapy treatments.
  • Track, document, and report patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment.
  • Celebrate each patient's victories, no matter how small, as they work toward recovery.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by relevant field experience.
