We are looking for a passionate Surgical Technologist I to join our team, providing exceptional care and support in our high-paced surgical environment. Your attention to detail, adaptability, and dedication can make a significant impact on our patients' lives.
Your Opportunity:
This full-time position offers a chance to work at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, located at 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215. Choose from evening shifts (8 or 10-hour) and take advantage of the great benefits we provide, including:
- A competitive pay range of $26.10 - $39.15
- $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
- $2,000 bonus available for evening shift roles
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
Your Role:
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments for surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Support surgeons by anticipating their needs and assisting with various surgical tasks.
- Set up and manage operating rooms, including equipment and safety protocols.
- Assist in patient transport and positioning, maintaining adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a specialty cart, ensuring equipment is in good working order and sterile.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- No prior experience necessary; we welcome recent graduates

- Must be able to lift and carry varying weights and meet physical demands of the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
