**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team at Ferrari of Rancho Mirage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical diagnostics and repair, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems. As a Master Technician, you will lead repair projects, mentor junior technicians, and ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a variety of equipment and systems, including [specify types of equipment, e.g., vehicles, machinery, HVAC systems, etc.].
- Oversee and execute complex repairs and upgrades, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with service advisors and management to identify customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used, updating relevant software or database systems as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to enhance personal expertise and shop performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all repair and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Contribute to a team-oriented work environment, promoting collaboration and communication among all personnel.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in relevant fields is preferred.
- Minimum [5+] years of experience as a technician in [specific industry or field].
- ASE Certification or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience with [specific equipment or systems].
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and other technical resources.
