Become the Human Resources Director You’ve Always Wanted to Be

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department to ensure equitable treatment of all employees in compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Foster an inclusive and productive workplace culture.
• Implement employee programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a key resource for department managers and employees, acting as a liaison between Home Office HR and hospital management.
• Coordinate educational programs for staff, oversee the workers’ compensation program, and assist with benefits administration.
• Direct recruitment and retention strategies to ensure appropriate staffing resources, serving as a resource for department managers and employees.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required; work experience may substitute for a four-year degree on a year-for-year basis.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR is preferred.
