What Drives Success
The FP&A Revenue Analyst plays a critical role in revenue forecasting and leads the analysis of Price, Volume, and Mix (PVM) to assess and optimize the company's revenue streams. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to evaluate key revenue drivers, deliver actionable insights on market trends, and ensure that revenue plans and forecasts align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role also supports high-level decision-making processes, including the preparation of the Long-Range Plan, and engages closely with leadership across the business unit, the Building Climate Solutions Segment, and LII corporate teams. This role presents a unique opportunity to elevate your FP&A expertise within a high-visibility capacity, offering exposure to critical strategic initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develops annual financial plan targets for LCH and constituent channels, updating monthly
- Supports the execution of the strategic plan, including the achievement of a billion-dollar revenue and margin targets
- Reviews financial results with business partners, comparing and analyzing actuals versus plan, forecast, and prior year to analyze the cause of variances, identify trends, and monitor impacts to key performance indicators
- Supports the LCH executive team and sales team with monthly reporting on PVM and other financial metrics
- Collaborates with appropriate partners to understand key business performance drivers, then, based on financial results, communicates findings, insights, and implications to the LCH executive team
- Acts as a finance thought leader and subject matter expert for the LCH business unit's PVM analysis
- Leads the development of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance the efficiency of business applications and processes
- Supports the maintenance of various systems/databases used for PVM, forecasts, and analysis
- Coaches less-experienced financial analysts as needed

- Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 5 years of related experience
- Master's Degree or MBA Candidate a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, BW, Hyperion) and/or analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent financial modeling skills

What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role in the market is between $81,000 to $107,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography and market, as well as the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus of 2% in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
