Maintenance Tech

Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience in food manufacturing - especially protein processing or meat production? We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team and help keep our high-speed production facility running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on food production and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives to optimize plant performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and adhere to all food safety and GMP standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is ready for each shift’s production goals.
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food manufacturing, preferably protein/meat/poultry processing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Experience with conveyors, grinders, mixers, packaging machines, and refrigeration systems a plus.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift and occasional weekends as needed.
- Commitment to safety, sanitation, and teamwork.
