Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant:

  • Assist residents with mobility, including lifting, turning, and transporting them safely.
  • Support residents in grooming, self-care, and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
  • Maintain accurate records and charting promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications for the Certified Nursing Assistant:

  • Current and valid nursing assistant certification.
  • Preferably some experience in skilled nursing environments.
  • No past abuse violations.
  • Ability to read and write effectively.
  • Capable of following written and oral instructions.
  • Strong communication skills to interact positively with residents and team members.
