- Float between various telemetry units, providing high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry readings, and respond to any changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments following hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and long-term care strategies.
