About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Infrastructure Solutions Architect to help design, guide, and strengthen our enterprise technology ecosystem. You'll architect secure, scalable infrastructure; drive data integrity and consistency; and ensure our systems are built to support growth, performance, and long-term stability.

This role blends hands-on technical leadership with big-picture architecture strategy — perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges and collaborating across teams.

What You'll Do

  • Design and maintain system-level architectures that support efficient, secure, and reliable operations.

  • Develop and integrate system data models to reduce redundancy and promote seamless data sharing.

  • Partner with project managers to shape project plans and technical execution.

  • Work with data stewards to define, communicate, and enforce data classification and governance standards.

  • Build and maintain metadata repositories, data flow diagrams, and architectural documentation.

  • Define and enforce data standards, security controls, and quality practices.

  • Create architectural frameworks that align with enterprise information needs and long-term growth strategies.

  • Ensure smooth data integration across teams, platforms, and external partners.

  • Lead IT environment consolidation, application migrations, and integration initiatives.

  • Gather, track, and organize technical requirements for new and existing systems.

  • Recommend solutions based on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and technical impact assessments.

  • Guide teams in implementing IT solutions, ensuring quality, alignment, and architectural consistency.

  • Review and refine technical specifications, diagrams, and solution designs.

  • Validate the architectural integrity and stability of application and infrastructure environments.

  • Support development of data management and retention strategies to maintain security and compliance.

  • Facilitate well-structured design and technical workshops to drive clarity and alignment.

  • Over 3+ years of Network Administration experience

  • Over 5+ years of RHEL experience

  • Over 5+ years of Windows Server experience

  • Over 3+ years of SQL experience

  • Over 5+ years creating, updating, and maintaining systems documentation

  • Experience using architecture tools such as Visio, LucidChart, and Draw.io

  • Experience administering/architecting IIS web server, Apache, and WAF

  • Exposure to Application Architecture and familiarity with application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, and JBoss

  • Experience architecting redundant and scalable Oracle / MSSQL database deployments

  • Experience with securing network, web applications, and databases

  • Exposure to programming languages like C#, Java, Python, Bash, or PowerShell

  • Experience with CI/CD tools: Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Veracode

  • Experience designing and architecting native/hybrid cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Exposure to IaaS / PaaS / SaaS environments

  • Knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

  • Experience architecting Kubernetes or OpenShift container orchestration

  • Cloudflare experience
