360 Bistro, one of Nashville’s premier fine dining destinations, is seeking one experienced Server Assistant to join our team starting January 2026. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high‑end neighborhood restaurant known for excellence in food, wine, and hospitality. Located off Highway 100 in Belle Meade, away from the downtown congestion and with ample free parking
Position Details Role: Server Assistant / Busser / Food Runner Availability: Day and night shifts; part‑time or full‑time Shifts: Lunch (10am–4pm) AND/OR Dinner (5pm–10pm)
Compensation: $10/hour base pay + nightly tip‑out from servers and to‑go sales
Duties & Responsibilities Assist servers in delivering seamless guest service Clear, reset, and maintain tables promptly and professionally Refill water and other NA beverages, bread, and other table accompaniments as needed Support food and beverage service by running dishes and assisting with delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and service stations Ensure polished table settings and readiness for each seating Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to uphold guest satisfaction Uphold fine dining standards of etiquette, pace, and presentation
Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality required Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs Professional demeanor and team‑oriented attitude Good spatial awareness Reliability and flexibility for both lunch and dinner shifts
We have had several people join 360 as a SA and work for a few months in this role before being elevated to Server roles, and this is our preferred method of finding talented long-term team members
