Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, including:
  • Administering medications, including IVs.
  • Taking and documenting vital signs accurately.
  • Delivering resident care and treatments while monitoring outcomes.
  • Educating residents and their families.
  • Communicating effectively with physicians, NPs, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Current LPN License in Tennessee

Salary: Up to $34 per hour
Based on experience

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus
