Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Team Member where you will play a vital role in building, stocking, and assembling attractive store displays using cardboard and plastic materials. You will utilize various tools including hot glue guns, staplers, and zip ties, with opportunities to operate shrink wrap machines and banders.

This position requires standing for a full 8-hour shift while working collaboratively on a co-pack line. Follow clear instructions and maintain safety standards as you lift items up to 25 lbs consistently. For weights exceeding 25 lbs, assistance from fellow team members is available.

We offer the potential for voluntary overtime during peak demand periods. Enjoy two paid 20-minute breaks throughout your shift. Please note, there is no 30-minute lunch break, but you will have access to microwaves, refrigerators, and vending machines.

The majority of our warehouse is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment. Due to limited parking, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to secure a spot; you may need to park in a designated back lot and walk to the entrance.

General Requirements:

As a Warehouse Associate, you may be expected to:

  • Work independently or as a team to pick, pack, and ship items
  • Safely move or repackage inventory items, handling weights up to 50 pounds
  • Operate machinery and light equipment safely as trained
  • Engage in physical activities such as reaching, crouching, and bending as directed by your supervisor
  • Maintain a fast pace standing position throughout your shift
  • Adapt to a busy environment with forklifts and machinery
  • Dress appropriately, wearing closed-toe shoes and pants, adhering to any specific dress code if provided
