Lead an exciting shift and inspire the team to exceed expectations while maintaining the financial success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding Guest experience consistently.
  • Model operational and quality standards for Team Members and hold them accountable.
  • Identify and address issues while demonstrating self-reflection and accountability.
  • Encourage open communication between Team Members and management.
  • Inspire Team Members by advocating for change and restaurant initiatives.
  • Lead with both passion and intelligence.
  • Drive business performance by effectively managing costs using Chili's systems.
  • Adhere to operational protocols including the Manager Timeline and conducting quality Line Checks.
  • Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members for career growth.
  • Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant while building community relationships.
  • Practice and enforce safe food handling procedures.
  • Embody Chili's culture and beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
