Compensation: $45.00-$48.00

About the Role:

The RN Nurse Supervisor utilizes the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to residents. As a key leader within our facility, you will ensure all nursing practices adhere to the Nurse Practice Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members on assigned units.
  • Manage resident care activities, including medication administration and treatments, while adhering to nursing protocols.
  • Ensure staff accountability for compliance with policies, procedures, and nursing role expectations.
  • Assist with staffing duties in the absence of the Staffing Coordinator.
  • Oversee charting, documentation, and assessment functions.
  • Conduct timely employee evaluations as directed.
  • Support disciplinary actions as instructed by the Director of Nursing.
  • Facilitate and lead routine nursing staff meetings for the assigned unit.
  • Participate in an on-call rotational schedule.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of MN
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, including long-term care, dementia care, or acute care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Adequate strength, coordination, dexterity, and endurance to meet the physical demands of resident care.
  • Proficient in using computers and electronic devices for timekeeping, training, and documentation.
