We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Call Center Representative to provide exceptional patient support in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Pay Rate: $21/hr-$22/hr
Shift: M-F - 8AM-5PM
Location: Culver City, CA
Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately schedule appointments and enter patient information into the EHR system
- Verify insurance coverage before scheduling appointments
- Update and maintain patient demographic records
- Take and route messages to appropriate department personnel
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-call-volume medical call center
- Bilingual English and Spanish are required
- Medical Assistant or Front Office certification (preferred)
