Job Title: Enterprise Platform Full Stack Developer

Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid Schedule)

Salary: Up to $139,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Enterprise Platform Full Stack Developer to join our IT team in Cleveland, OH. As an Enterprise Platform Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications and solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  2. Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications for enterprise platforms.
  3. Work with modern technologies and frameworks, including both front-end and back-end development.
  4. Implement best practices for coding, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability of our software.
  5. Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users.
  7. Contribute to the architectural decisions and software design processes.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the adoption of the latest tools and practices.
  9. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Strong back-end development skills with technologies like Java, C#, or Node.js.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
