Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the supply chain and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Specialist
Location: Glendale, WI
Pay Range: $22-$25 per hour.
Shift: Monday through Friday 1st Shift
What's the Job?

Collect, validate, and maintain warehouse data, including inventory levels, inbound/outbound shipments, and cycle counts.

Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with warehouse operations, distribution, and supply chain teams to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Assist in implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.
What's Needed?

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI platforms).

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
