A Consultant specializing in Oracle DBA and Oracle EBS HCM R12 with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR and Recruitment requires strong functional and techno-functional expertise. The candidate should be fluent in Spanish and English, with 3+ years of experience configuring Oracle HCM Core HR and Recruitment modules, including end-to-end implementations and customer solution demos.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR and Recruitment, aligning with business requirements and standard Oracle solution templates.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and document solutions clearly in both Spanish and English for diverse customer bases.
  • Run product demonstrations and lead design workshops to showcase Oracle HCM Core HR and Recruitment functionalities independently.
  • Ensure deep understanding of process flows and functional flows within Oracle HCM modules and translate these into effective system configurations.
  • Collaborate with clients to explain and document functional and technical solutions, supporting both Spanish and English-speaking stakeholders.
  • Participate in and lead at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a functional or techno-functional consultant.
  • Act as a product consultant responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, and solution demonstration in Oracle HCM.
  • Work flexibly across US and India time zones as required to support project and client needs.
  • Maintain good interpersonal communication and work efficiently in multicultural, cross-timezone teams.
Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Oracle HCM Cloud Functional or Techno-functional Consultant, with expertise in Core HR and Recruitment modules.
  • Proven experience in Oracle EBS HCM R12 with strong Oracle DBA understanding.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Expertise in business requirement understanding and solution documentation.
  • Comfortable conducting workshops, demos, and end-user training sessions independently.
  • Experience with process flows and functional flows in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • At least one successful end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation involvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility with working hours based on US and India time zones.
