Associate Director of Technology Solutions Implementation

The Associate Director of Technology Solutions Implementation plays a crucial role in delivering innovative technology solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of interdepartmental capabilities.
In this role, you will gather and document essential business system and functional requirements, influence system design for optimal support, and ensure that our solutions meet key business objectives. You'll manage the implementation of designs, oversee testing, readiness operations, and transition to the production support team. Decisions made in this role will involve tackling complex technical and operational challenges, often working with multiple managers and specialized professionals. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing production support, including managing an offshore team, ensuring a seamless workflow from start to finish.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with Oracle Financials - both On-Premise and Cloud.
- Primary expertise in Oracle GL, FA, AR, Projects, HUB, Blackline, and other accounting solutions.
- Proficiency in system configurations and administration.
- Bachelor's degree.
- More than 2 years of management experience.
- Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- Background in IT business analysis, including the development of essential artifacts.
- Adeptness in problem-solving and consultation within complex environments.
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional team efforts.
- A strong passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Oracle Certified GL Implementer and Oracle Certified HUB Implementer.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be available to work within the Eastern Time Zone.
Travel may be required for occasional meetings or training at Humana's offices.
We offer a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $117,600 - $161,700 per year, along with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.
