Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Inspecting and installing pest and home protection systems.
  • Completing attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
  • Performing light carpentry work.
  • Communicating effectively with customers.
  • Maintaining company equipment and completing reports using a handheld device.

Qualifications:

We are Looking For:

  • Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance (preferred).
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • A team player with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your daily itinerary.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
  • Capability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
  • Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.
