About the Role

The Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) Team at CBRE is in search of a dedicated Data Integrity Specialist. This key role is essential for maintaining accurate, consistent, and reliable data in support of facility condition assessments, capital planning, and asset management. As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying data issues, developing quality standards, and working collaboratively with various teams to ensure timely client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Profiling and Assessment: Perform analysis on facility condition and asset data to assess content, structure, and quality while identifying anomalies and inconsistencies.

  • Standards Adherence: Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive data quality standards and metrics (e.g., accuracy, completeness, timeliness) are consistently met.

  • Data Cleansing and Resolution: Identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, and redundancies within facility condition assessment and asset datasets.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Evaluate data quality, recommend corrective actions, and generate reports for facility capital planning engagements.

  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to data collection, entry, and deliverable workflows.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred, although candidates with five years of related experience without a degree will also be considered.

Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, along with experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction firm being a plus.

Additional Skills:

  • Clear and concise writing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for diverse audiences and formats.

  • Attention to detail in editing technical documents for professionalism and presentation quality.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos while asking clarifying questions as needed.

  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles, with the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

CBRE offers competitive compensation, with salaries ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus under CBRE’s benefit program. Benefits include 401(K), Dental, Health, Life, and Vision insurance.
