Pay Rate: $25.50/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift (Night) 6pm-6am
Work Environment: Freezer (-10°F to 20°F, or as applicable)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Deep Reach Forklift Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift in a freezer environment. The operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a deep reach forklift to handle, move, and organize frozen goods in a warehouse setting, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and compliance with all safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a deep reach forklift safely and efficiently in a freezer environment.
- Load, unload, and transport frozen products according to company standards.
- Stack and retrieve products from high racks using deep reach forklifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements and freezer safety procedures.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
- Prior experience operating a deep reach forklift, preferably in a freezer environment.
- Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift and move products as required.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work overnight shifts.
- Forklift certification is required.
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center handling frozen goods.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in cold/freezer conditions for the duration of the shift.
