Currently seeking a Microbiology Tech I in Columbus, OH. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $20/hr.
- 12-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Position will mainly be responsible to prepare laboratory media/solutions, operate auto clave, PH solutions, plate/enumerate microbes, fill out data reports and place results on spreadsheet using Lotus.
- Position will be responsible for data analysis and communicating data results.
- Position will also be responsible to troubleshoot and have good analytical skills, and flexible to being trained.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree with 2+ years of lab experience OR Bachelor's Degree is Required.
- Experience with microbiology techniques is Required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office is Required.
- Experience with aseptic techniques is Preferred.
