Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Labor candidate for a racking and packing positionat a powder coating facility in the city of Santa Ana, CA.
Schedule: 6 AM-2:30 PM Monday through Friday. Must be flexible for overtime.
Requirements of a General Laborer (Racker Packer Masker):
- Minimum 6 months of recent general labor experience or equivalent.
- Able to safely lift up to 50lbs
- Pass E-verify
- Must speak Spanish or be Bilingual
- Prior experience in roles such as Assembly Line Worker, Machine Operator, Production Associate, Material Handler, and Packaging Worker is a huge plus

- Mask metal parts according to specifications to prepare for the powder coating process.
- Lift and place parts on racks to be powder-coated
- Rack and unrack finished products for packaging and final inspection
- Safely operate power tools to attach small screws
- Pack finished products for shipment
- Clean and sweep the work area as needed.
- Assist with unloading and organizing parts as needed.
