THE OPPORTUNITY

Chipotle is expanding rapidly, opening a new restaurant every two days, and we need dynamic leaders to help us grow As a Restaurant General Manager, you will steer the direction of your restaurant, ensuring operational excellence and cultivating a talented team. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • A positive and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Strong understanding of business practices, including P&L management, food safety, staffing, and sales forecasting
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized restaurant while ensuring high-quality food preparation
  • Creative marketing strategies, such as community engagement and fundraisers
  • Passion for developing and leading a team
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Relevant restaurant management experience
  • Willingness to assist in various areas of the restaurant as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this position is between $52,000.00 and $73,000.00 annually, plus eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics. Actual compensation may vary based on your skills, experience, and education. Chipotle offers a competitive total rewards package, including health insurance, retirement contributions, paid vacation, and more.
