Locum - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Primary Care

Assignment Details:
- Contract Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
- Start Date: ASAP thru December 2025
- Location: Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Patient Volume: 4-6 patients per day
- Setting: Home visits - all patients are scheduled in advance
- Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board Certification required
- Prior experience with home-based care preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Weekly direct deposit
