Great American Cookies is on the lookout for a rockstar Shift Lead who's passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, building strong teams, and growing as a leader (while surrounded by the smell of fresh-baked cookies).
What You'll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):
- Help recruit, train, and inspire a team that brings the energy every day
- Run the show-open, close, and everything in between
- Coach and motivate the crew to crush sales and service goals
- Deliver sweet smiles to every guest, every time
- Handle the register, cash deposits, and keep things running like a pro
- Bake, decorate, and prep our iconic cookies and cakes
- Take care of light paperwork and store admin
- Keep the store sparkling clean, safe, and fun for everyone
- Be flexible-step in where needed to keep the magic going
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, food service, or customer service
- Great communicator with natural leadership vibes
- Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with an eye for detail
- Must be 18 or older
