- Specializes in high-end renovation work in downtown Boston & new construction, custom builds outside of the city

The Project Manager - Custom Homes will:
- Manage all phases of custom home construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Custom Homes should have:
- 5-10 years of experience (proven experience leading custom home projects as the lead project manager)
- Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in custom home projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
