Do you thrive on the road, turning blueprints into reality across state lines? We’re seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead large-scale retail construction projects nationwide for an established firm with a 35+ year track record of excellence.

Since 1987, our client has delivered high-quality commercial projects across industrial, retail, office, institutional, and interior build-out sectors. We specialize in large-scale retail construction (80,000–175,000 sq. ft.), with 93% of our business coming from repeat clients—a testament to our quality and reputation.
What You’ll Do

Oversee field operations on major big-box retail builds across multiple states
Manage scheduling, subcontractor coordination, cost control, and QA/QC
Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met on every site
Lead from the field—adapting to new locations, challenges, and teams
