Data Center Superintendent

Job Description

Lead all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout. Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades, with a focus on MEP systems. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, enforcing milestones and milestones. Enforce all safety policies and OSHA standards, promoting a zero-incident culture. Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for constructability and scope gaps. Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure quality control standards are met across structural, architectural, and MEP scopes. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners' reps. Maintain accurate field documentation including daily logs, reports, and schedules. Lead field teams with professionalism, accountability, and mentorship.

The Successful Applicant

6+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience delivering light industrial, data center, or MEP-heavy projects. Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission-critical systems. Demonstrated leadership managing large subcontractor teams. Advanced understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and safety compliance. Ability to read and interpret complex construction documents. Proficient with construction technologies and scheduling tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on complex, high-profile projects with tight schedules.
