We are currently expanding our team and seeking a skilled Residential Installer to join us.

Responsibilities:

Installation of HVAC Systems: Efficiently install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.

Ductwork and Ventilation: Fabricate and install ductwork to ensure optimal airflow and system efficiency.

Equipment Setup: Set up and calibrate HVAC equipment, ensuring it meets industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the quality and safety of installations.

Customer Interaction: Interact with homeowners to explain installation processes, answer questions, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Adherence to Codes: Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.

Certifications: Hold relevant certifications and licenses (EPA certification).

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Punctuality: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
