Join our manufacturing team as a Project Manager, leading electrical panel projects from start to finish. Develop strategies, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate teams, ensure compliance, and provide technical guidance. Interact with partners to align project goals while managing the entire project lifecycle and driving process improvements.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale electrical panel projects, ensuring they meet customer specifications and organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Project Plans: Lead planning and delivery of large-scale electrical panel projects, ensuring alignment with customer specs and organizational goals.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, addressing constraints to keep projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project milestones and manage issues.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory codes and safety standards, including UL891, UL508A, and UL67, governing electrical panel and switchboard manufacturing.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide direction and support to multi-disciplinary project teams, leveraging advanced technical knowledge to guide problem-solving and continuous process innovation.
  • Project review & Efficiency: Conduct regular project reviews, analyze key performance indicators, and implement workflow improvements to maximize efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project success, timely delivery, and high satisfaction levels.
  • PM & Software Ownership: Oversee the deployment and effective use of modern project management software.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years direct project management experience, with demonstrated leadership over complex electrical manufacturing projects required with a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, standards (UL891, UL508A, UL67).
  • Outstanding strategic planning, leadership, and resource management capabilities.
  • Robust financial acumenproven success managing large project budgets and schedules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; adept at conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong proficiency with project management software, and MS Office applications.
  • PMP certification highly preferred.
