The ideal candidate should have three years of experience post fellowship; however, highly qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • Breast Surgery Fellowship

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

  • Current, valid Kansas medical license

Practice Description:

  • Campus: Shawnee Mission

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday with limited call responsibilities

  • EMR Epic

  • Guaranteed initial base salary with a wRVU production component.

  • Sign-on bonus

Our multidisciplinary team works closely with our dedicated surgeons, pathologists, pharmacists, psychologists, and social workers. This collaboration allows for following best practice and delivering quality care to our patients. There are weekly multidisciplinary tumor conferences. Accreditation by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).

AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is an award-winning 504 bed hospital with a Medical Staff of over 700 physicians representing over 50 specialties and subspecialties.

It sits in the heart of Johnson Country which offers an extensive park and trail system that includes 24 trails extending over 98 miles.
