As a Project Manager in the skincare, OTC, and aesthetics space, you will oversee the full lifecycle of product development projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, Marketing, and Supply Chain, providing visibility and accountability across every stage of development. This role requires managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies while facilitating collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You will contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, support regulatory and compliance activities, and help deliver innovative products to market efficiently. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to drive impact and growth.
Accountabilities:Lead the execution of projects from initiation through product launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
Proactively manage project scope, budgets, and schedule health while escalating issues and recommending solutions.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align priorities and drive accountability across teams.
Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging, Creative, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to maintain seamless project workflows.
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and real-time status visibility using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
