Product Manager, Consultant

The Platform Systems and Operations Team is seeking a Product Manager to join the Enrollment and Sales CRM team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Salesforce Sales CRM solutions, focusing on Middle markets and Premier Sales CRM and enrollment. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr Manager. In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Additionally, you will act as the Product Owner for a dedicated scrum team. Your Knowledge and Experience- 6 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship
- Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology
- Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on CRM solutions and/or group and membership enrollment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales CRM and its capabilities
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Experience serving as a Product Owner for a scrum team, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies
