Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Location - 1 day per week on site Philadelphia. 4 days/week remote. We are seeking a Systems Administrator with hands-on experience managing enterprise environments using Microsoft SCCM and Intune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing endpoint management infrastructure, automating deployment and configuration processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain SCCM for software deployment, patch management, OS imaging, and reporting.
- Manage Intune for modern device management, compliance policies, and application deployment across Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts (or other scripting languages) to automate administrative tasks and streamline system management.
- Troubleshoot endpoint and application deployment issues across hybrid environments.
- Ensure system security and compliance through configuration baselines and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams to align device management practices with organizational standards.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a systems or endpoint administration role.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM.
- Proven experience managing devices and applications through Intune.
- Scripting proficiency with PowerShell (preferred), Python, or VBScript.
- Solid understanding of Windows client and server operating systems.
- Experience with Azure AD, Group Policy, and security baselines.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
