Customer Service Specialist (Call Center) - Richmond, VA | $15/hr

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support a high-volume call center environment in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and providing clear, accurate information to customers.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve service or billing issues, including processing adjustments or refunds.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to appropriate departments.
  • Provide follow-up communication and share updates with customers as needed.
What You Need
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Comfort working independently and managing your time.
  • Ability to accurately document customer information.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred).
