Senior Logistician with Security Clearance

This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered. As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen, lawful resident alien, citizen of America. CNAS is seeking a skilled Journeyman Logistician to bolster our logistics operations. As a Logistician Journeyman, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of logistical and supply support functions within our government organization. This role demands autonomy, analytical prowess, and the ability to orchestrate seamless solutions amidst complex logistical challenges. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Logistician Pay commensurate with experience. Senior Logistician Responsibilities Include: Analyze and coordinate ongoing logistical and supply support functions. Process procurements and purchases utilizing N-ERP requisitions and MILSTRIPS, involving meticulous preparation, research, and documentation. Manage the entire life cycle of products, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. Ensure compliance with military Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) procedures and familiarity with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) processes. Provide expertise in navigating DPAS processes and requisite documentation. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify logistical needs and develop effective solutions. Maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to procurement, distribution, and disposal activities. Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in logistics management. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Senior Logistician Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, equivalent qualification, associate degree plus four years of additional work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, or Six years of work experience in logistics management or related field. At least three years of experience specifically related to military Integrated Logistics Secret Clearance is required. Support (ILS) or DPAS processes. Proficiency in N-ERP training and documentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex logistical challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
