Dermatology Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced dermatology Physician Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dermatology and be comfortable performing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with board-certified dermatologists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive skin exams, diagnose and treat a variety of dermatologic conditions.
- Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other minor surgical procedures
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education regarding skin care and disease prevention.
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and clinical staff to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dermatologic treatments, medications, and best practices.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Licensure:
- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Florida.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of dermatology experience in a clinical setting (required).
- Skills:
- Proficient in dermatologic procedures and skin exams.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing a high-volume patient schedule.
