About the Job:

Summary of the Opportunity:

Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology company that focuses on building solutions and tools to help sellers be successful.

Role Summary: As the AI Patterns Business Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer signal analysis for AI engagements. This role involves parsing through various documentation, categorizing engagements, and providing weekly updates on customer signals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update customer signal analysis for AI engagements.

- Parse through a variety of documentation and categorize engagements based on a standard set of rules.

- Draft weekly update newsletters on customer signals.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely updates.

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success:

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with basic Excel capabilities.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably tech-related.

- Previous experience at a tech company.

- Strong analytical thinking.
