As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and communication while upholding our values of integrity and teamwork. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of activities within the location.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as directed during incidents or emergencies.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures while remaining alert to changes in the environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
