The Senior Software Engineer will analyze user requirements to derive software design, debug existing software, design and code new features, and integrate software into new or modified systems. This position will also involve developing data queries, writing system documentation, and implementing algorithms to meet performance and functional standards.
Position Responsibilities- Design, develop, integrate and enhance secure AI/ML applications and systems in support of evolving operational environments
- Implement and optimize complex algorithms, including deep learning models
- Debug and optimize software for performance and reliability
- Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams to deliver rapid, high?quality releases
- Create and maintain system documentation and technical reports
- Must have an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- 14+ years of software engineering experience supporting programs of similar type and scope
- Proficiency in Python and modern programming languages
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure management
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok)
