This exciting opportunity seeks a motivated Electrical Project Manager - Construction - Brooklyn, NY professional to join a leading team in the construction department of the property industry. The role is based in Brooklyn and focuses on delivering high?quality project management solutions. The Electrical Project Manager - Construction - Brooklyn, NY will be a pivotal leader within the team and will report directly to the CFO and Owner.

Description
  • Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions for project challenges.
  • Support the development and implementation of project management best practices.
