Position Summary
As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership by moving and parking vehicles, maintaining lot organization, and assisting the service team. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create a positive experience for every client.
Essential Responsibilities- Safely move and park vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas.
- Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels).
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for presentation.
- Support the service team by retrieving and transporting vehicles as needed.
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as washing and vacuuming vehicles.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to customers.
- Follow all company policies, safety, and health regulations.
- Report any vehicle damage or operational issues immediately.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for handling vehicles and equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in automotive environments.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$18.00 -$19.00/HourWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
