Liviniti seeks a highly skilled Proposal Strategist / Proposal Writer to join our team, dedicated to transforming indoor air quality through innovation, efficiency, and expertise. In this role, you will be pivotal in crafting compelling proposals that convey the value and effectiveness of our revolutionary air purifiers and humidifiers. The ideal candidate will serve as a key component of our business development efforts, designing and writing customized proposals that highlight our commitment to enhancing environment quality and customer wellbeing. Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client needs and develop tailored proposals that align with Liviniti's mission and capabilities. Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical teams, and executive management to gather information and strategize proposal development. Write, edit, and format proposal documents actively, ensuring all proposals meet professional standards and client specifications before submission deadlines. Maintain a comprehensive library of past proposals and relevant documentation for future reference or reuse, continuously enhancing our proposal development processes. Present proposal summaries and key points to senior management for review and approval before submission. Monitor and stay abreast of trends in proposal writing and the indoor environmental industry to maintain a competitive edge in proposal submissions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high proficiency in narrative creation and technical writing. Expertise in document layout and design, proficient in Microsoft Office and similar tools. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively under tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex requests and tailor bespoke proposals. Experience in a CRM software is beneficial, to manage and track proposal components.
