This full-time position supports patients in Bellwood, Melrose Park, Westchester and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required

• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.

• Minimum of one year healthcare experience

• Current drivers license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule

• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
