Start Date: ASAP Location: New Mexico Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM One Saturday/month Holidays required Setting: Acute care hospital 99-bed facility with 10 inpatient rehab beds and 15 swing beds No call, no floating Requirements: 1 years' acute care experience required BLS certification NM state OT license (or other state license if valid in NM) EMR: MedHost Responsibilities: Conduct OT evaluations and individualized treatments Develop and implement care plans Attend care plan meetings and participate in discharge planning Support patients in restoring and maximizing daily function Patient Ratio: 1:1 You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative care team, empowering patients to regain independence and reach their recovery goals.
